Aveve operates Belgium's largest retail chain concerning garden, animals and baking. For the baking segment, Aveve wanted to attract more customers towards their shops and increase the in-shop purchases.

With the Sitecore solution Aveve became an expert and source of inspiration in terms of home baking and it created a community of bakers and a strong relationship between the brand and the different customer segments.

Customers can now make purchases online, thanks to an advanced e-commerce flow on the Quick-Step platform.


Lenovo offers top notch self-service to customers from 51 countries

When Lenovo was in urgent need of a global e-support site for its tablets and mobile phones, Delaware Digital jumped in full throttle and created a Sitecore solution with a distinct look and feel in record time.

The self-service platform was received well globally, and went as far as winning the Sitecore of the year award Asia in 2013. This goes to show that Delaware Digital is well-equipped at creating a multi-lingual, unified solution in top speed.


Brutextiles

Brutextiles communicates with clients through Brugle, a B2B platform

Brutextiles developed a new B2B platform on Sitecore 7 technology, Brugle. For Brutextiles this platform had to generate more business and be cost-cutting.

For the users, the search possibilities were a major improvement. Now they can find products in a database of 20.000 products very easy.

Also the login page offers a lot of possibilities like creating a catalog or have an overview of invoices and orders.


A better user experience for customers and editors alike

Customer advocacy agency Test-Aankoop was in need of a more efficient way to easily create and access information that could help customers make informed purchase decisions.

To do so, Delaware Digital implemented a new web presence based on the Sitecore Customer Experience platform, making it easy for editors to publish and manage user-generated content, without the help of IT.

The result is a streamlined content production lifecycle and a significantly greater user experience for both website visitors and the online editors themselves.

Global product management for world player Etex

With 121 production sites in 44 different countries, The Etex group was struggling with unnecessary data duplication and inconsistency.

Delaware Digital proposed a single source of truth by implementing a Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution in an omni-channel context. Products are now centralized, while still allowing local plants to overrule attributes when needed.


Improving Cosucra's business with FAST-CRM

Cosucra Group Warcoing is a family-owned company in Belgium operating two state-of-the-art processing plants for chicory and pea products, marketed throughout the world. Cosucra wanted to improve its market analysis, create sustainable business, and enable codevelopment of new products.

The SAP® CRM rapid deployment solution was what they needed – and Delaware Consulting was able to deliver fast. The solution made Cosucra’s business run better within eight weeks’ time.
